Heather’s expertise also envelops Labor and Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Landlord/Tenant Law, Civil Rights and Disability Law, and a notable stint in International Tax Law, exemplified by her robust action against the Canadian Revenue Agency, navigating through a complex international tax dispute governed by the US/Canadian Tax Treaty.
